Rod Koehler is the owner of 2K Landscape Design and has been in the Lincoln area landscape industry for 22 years. Rod started his own business, 2K Outdoor Living Inc., which evolved into 2K Landscape Design LLC. He has a passion for design and a desire to see things done right, the difference is in the details.

2K Landscape Design is not your typical store front business. We focus on the design and installation aspect of the landscape industry and meet our clients at their homes or places of business. Our projects are natural looking, low maintenance, tailored to the individual with a unique and creative edge. Sometimes the client provides the ideas, other times we provide the ideas and vision, but we always work together as we develop them into reality. We are open minded, and always ready to meet the needs of a client and work with them in a variety of ways.

We also offer plant or material deliveries for those clients who choose to do some of their own installation.

TYPICAL 5 STEP PROCESS:

1 A potential client calls to express interest in a project and set an appointment to visit about a project.

2 The designer meets the homeowner for a consultation visit. Together they share ideas and needs for the designated landscaped area or outdoor project.

3 The ideas and needs of the client, and the measurements of the designated areas, are sketched out and drawn into a plan. An estimate is derived from this plan.

4 The designer calls the client and sets a time for a follow up visit. The plan and estimate are presented and explained and any changes are added and plan altered if needed.

5 Schedule the project. This can be done at the time of the follow up meeting or at a later time. The Project can be installed in one installation or in phases.
